Data Protection

1. Some of the services included in this website require the collection of personal data of the user for the correct provision of the same. During the process of collecting the data, the user will be informed in an express way through the corresponding Link (Privacy Policy), of the ends contained in article 5 of Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of personal data (hereinafter LOPD), of compliance with the requirements established in the Regulation of security measures approved according to Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, in order to maintain the level of security of personal data , and of the requirements established in Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce. 2. Consent of the interested party. The user voluntarily provides his personal data through the Internet and therefore it will be understood that he consents to the treatment of the same in the terms in which he has been properly informed. The owner may revoke his consent for the processing of his data using the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

3. Uses and Purposes. 7. Safety measures DELTA RESEARCH SPAIN, S.L.U. informs that it has implemented in its information systems the security measures corresponding to the level required by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulation of Development of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, of Protection of Personal Data, and that are necessary to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
